Andy Cooper, Senior Vice President of Technology, Global Platform Engineering, Equifax

Andy Cooper leads the Global Platform Engineering function, with responsibility for the design and implementation of technology infrastructure across Equifax. 

Andy has been with Equifax for 16 years, fulfilling many roles with an operational and engineering focus, and started in his current role of Senior Vice President and member of the IT Leadership team in January 2011.  Andy leads a global team of 30 associates, and resides in Leeds, UK.

Prior to this role, Andy was Vice President of Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations for Equifax International, beginning in January 2007.  Under his leadership, Andy managed technology operations and infrastructure projects across 13 countries within Equifax. Prior to 2007, Andy had various leadership roles within our European and UK technology operations. Andy has 19years of experience in infrastructure design, implementation and management across a broad range of technologies. 

Before joining Equifax, Andy worked for IBM UK in various operational consultancy roles. He has a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Oxford.
