Peter Bradley served as navigator and operations officer in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, with active service during the Falklands conflict.
In 1984 he joined the RNLI as Inspector of lifeboats. Recently he has run the RNLI trials section and prevention programmes and now manages RNLI Operational requirements for radio communications and IT.
He also has oversight of operational content of all media. Peter also has operational oversight of MOB Guardian, the RNLI satellite vessel alerting and man overboard system, which is to be deployed through cloud technology and is responsible for RNLI radio licensing and spectrum requirement. Additionally he assists the International Maritime Rescue Federation at IMO
